Instant Exchange lets you get your new item on its way to you straight away, rather than waiting for us to receive and process your original item first.

When you log your exchange on the returns portal, you'll have the option to select Instant Exchange. If you choose this, you'll be asked to enter your card details before you confirm — we'll place a temporary authorisation hold on your card (this isn't a charge) to cover the value of the item. Once that's confirmed, we'll process and ship your new item straight away.

You'll then have 28 days from the point your exchange is logged on the portal to send your original item back to us using the prepaid label provided. Once we receive and process it, the hold on your card is released — no charge, no action needed from you.

This 28-day window is specific to Instant Exchange — it's separate from our standard returns and exchange timeframe (14 days to log, 14 days to send back).
