You can get a copy via email — log your return at returns.ratandboa.com, and once your label's approved, we'll send you an email with both the label and invoice ready to download and print. We also have a short video guide on accessing your invoice, or you're welcome to contact Customer Care for a copy.

Shipping from outside the UK? We'd recommend attaching this to the outside of your parcel to avoid delays at the border, along with your name, order number and contact details inside the parcel.
